She had our home sold in one day with multiple offers above listing and helped us find a new home in a few days after that. Greg helped me tremendously through my first time home buying experience. He met me at various hours during the day and on the weekends, which facilitated me buying my first home! I am a medical worker, and I trusted Greg and his team to handle all of my paperwork for negotiations and closing, as I was very busy with the initial ongoings of the covid-19 pandemic. I trusted that Greg and his team had my best interest in mind the entire time. Greg also provided me the name of a mortgage lender and a great associate that worked with that lending organization (who is not only knowledgeable, but took the time to help me understand some basic financial questions, as well as more complicated ones). Greg and the lending organization were very familiar with VA loans and the terms and negotiations surrounding them.
